southlink ("the app") is a crew scheduling and to-do tool for small teams. This page explains what information the app collects and how it's used.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name and email address, when you create an account.
- Work content you enter: shift schedules, to-do items (including the employee name shown on each task), and related task details you or your team add to the app.
How Information Is Used
Your information is used solely to operate the app: to authenticate your account, display the weekly schedule and to-do list (with employee name attribution), and sync that information across your team's devices in real time.
How Information Is Stored
Data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) in project southlink-c1d68. Firebase applies industry-standard security practices to data in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Firestore rules restrict access to signed-in members; shifts are admin-only writes.
Data Sharing
Information you enter is visible to other members of your organization's southlink workspace, consistent with the app's purpose as a shared crew board. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, your device push token (fcmToken) is stored on your own user profile to deliver schedule and task updates via Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
Your Choices
You can delete your account from inside the app: open the account menu, tap Delete Account, and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your login and profile (users/{uid}). Shifts and to-do items you posted to the shared board remain so the rest of the team can keep using them. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
southlink is intended for workplace use by adults and is not directed at children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
