Common Questions
I can't sign in. Double check your email and password, or use NEW CREW MEMBER if you haven't created an account yet. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.
I don't see the "+ Shift" button. Only admins can add shifts. Ask your manager to update your role to admin in Firestore users/{uid}.role.
My schedule isn't showing this week's shifts. Use Prior Week / Next Week at the top. Shifts are pinned to a week ID like 2026-W36.
Employee name not showing on a to-do? Tasks created before v1.0 build 7 have no employeeName. New tasks show the creator's name under the text.
How do I delete my account? Account menu (person icon) → Delete Account → enter password → confirm. This deletes your login; shifts/to-dos you posted stay for the crew.
